This one is quoted against your machine

Overwrap film is the product on this site least suited to being ordered from a table. The width has to match the tray and the machine’s film path, the seal temperature has to match the hot plate, and the core has to fit the shaft.

What we need to quote is short: machine make and model, tray size, current film width and core, and the line speed you run at. A photograph of the label on the roll you use today answers most of it.

What goes wrong when it is bought on width alone

A film that is 20 mm too wide folds into the seal and the pack leaks. A film that seals at a higher temperature than the plate reaches gives a seal that looks fine and opens in the crate. Both are diagnosed as a film fault and both are a specification fault.

We quote against the machine, and where the answer is that your current film is right, we say that instead of selling you a different one.
