Bin liners & refuse sacks
LDPE, HDPE and recycled-content sacks from 12 to 125 micron, sized to EN 13592 and extruded on six lines in Greater Poland.
Bin liners, catering film, stretch film and pallets, produced by four specialist Polish manufacturers and consolidated into a single mixed load. You negotiate once and receive one delivery — not four.
Four categories, four specialist producers. Each one comes from a factory that makes only that product — nobody extrudes film and presses pallets equally well, so we do not pretend one supplier can.

Cutter-box cling film, PVC and PVC-free, micro-perforated produce film and machine overwrap — food-contact documented, not assumed.
Hand and machine pallet wrap, cast and blown, pre-stretched to 300%, from 8 to 35 micron — quoted by cost per pallet, not price per roll.
EPAL euro pallets to UIC 435-2, one-way export pallets, custom sizes, collars and reconditioned stock, with ISPM 15 heat treatment on site.
That is the whole problem with buying direct. Four categories means four suppliers, four contracts, four minimum orders, four sets of payment terms and four part-loads paying full freight.
One contract, one counterparty
You sign with Mervia Group Sp. z o.o. in Poland. We are the seller of record for every line on the order, whichever factory produced it. Claims, credit notes and warranty go to one address.
One mixed load
Sacks, film and pallets are consolidated at our dispatch point and leave as a single pallet, part-load or full trailer. Full-truck freight economics on a mixed order.
One invoice, one set of documents
A single invoice, one CMR, one packing list, and one Declaration of Conformity pack covering every packaging type in the load.
On margin, plainly
We are paid a margin on the goods, and we tell you the delivered price before you order. We are not cheaper than buying a full truck of one product direct from that factory — nobody is. We are cheaper than running four suppliers to fill one truck.
No account to open, no registration wall. Specifications, MOQ and lead times are published before you speak to anyone.
Enquiry
Send a specification or build a list from the catalogue. Mixed categories are expected, not an exception.
Specification & samples
We confirm gauge, dimensions, material and film type in writing. Physical samples ship within 5 working days.
Quotation
EXW, FCA or DAP to your gate, with pallet configuration and truck utilisation shown. Valid 14 days.
Production & QC
Pre-shipment inspection against the agreed spec: gauge, dimensions, weld strength, print. Report before dispatch.
Consolidated dispatch
One load, one invoice, one document pack including Declarations of Conformity.
Published per category, from one pallet. What moves a lead time, and by how much.
EXW, FCA and DAP explained for packaging loads, with who carries which risk to DE, NL and the Nordics.
What we inspect, what happens when a load is off-spec, and who issues the credit note.
Regulation (EU) 2025/40 became applicable on 12 August 2026, with no grace period for placing non-compliant packaging on the market. Importers and distributors carry obligations of their own — and most companies hold more than one role without realising it.
What we supply with every order in scope
A facilities manager and a 3PL warehouse need the same four categories in completely different specifications. Start from your sector.
Consumables across a multi-site contract, one delivery schedule.
Kitchen waste, glass, food-contact grades, back-of-house volumes.
Colour-coded waste streams, tear resistance, documented specification.
Machine film, pallets and cases on a consumption-linked schedule.
Outbound pallets wrapped tight, packing-line waste sacked.
Store-level waste streams, shelf-ready packaging, EPR reporting.
Tendered volumes, EN 13592 compliance, recycled content targets.
Private label, own packaging, full-truck repeat programmes.
Every calculation runs in your browser and the result is shown in full. No email required to see the number.
Cases per layer, pallets per 13.6 m trailer or 40 ft container, volume utilisation and load weight.
Grams of film per pallet, cost per pallet, and the annual saving from moving to pre-stretched film.
Bin volume in, EN 13592 sack width and length out, with the right gauge and duty class.
One scale, two meanings — 23 µm is a normal machine film and a very light sack. Both readings, side by side.
Same polymer, two processes, and a price gap that is worth paying on some loads and wasted on most of them.
Why film and sack prices move without your supplier changing anything, and the three parts of the bill that are actually within your control.
A supplier quoting 20 µm against your 40 µm may be offering a like-for-like replacement, or half the sack. Here is how to tell which.
Send a specification, a competitor product code, or a photo of what you currently buy. You get a written quotation with pallet configuration and delivered price within two working days.
