Packaging calculators

Load planning, film cost per pallet, bin liner sizing and micron conversion. Every answer is worked out in your browser and shown in full.

Nothing here is gated. The calculators show the result in full, immediately, and never ask for an e-mail address to reveal a number you have already provided the inputs for. If you want the working as a PDF to put in front of a colleague, that is what the e-mail buys — not the answer.

They run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else, which is why they also work on a factory laptop behind a strict firewall.

Why we built these

Every figure in a packaging quotation depends on arithmetic somebody has already done: how many units go on a pallet, how many pallets go on a truck, what a wrap costs per pallet. Buyers are expected to take those numbers on trust, and most of the industry is happy to keep it that way.

We would rather you could check ours. If a calculation here disagrees with a quotation you have — ours or anyone’s — that is a conversation worth having.

The PDF, and what it costs

Every calculator will e-mail you its working as a PDF: the figures you entered, the answer, and the assumptions behind it, laid out for a colleague or a purchase requisition.

That is what an e-mail address buys, and it is the only thing it buys. The answer itself is never gated. A calculator that demands an address before it will tell you how many pallets fit in a truck is not a calculator, it is a form with arithmetic attached, and we would rather you used ours than left.

Tell us what you need on a pallet. We will price the truck.

Send a specification, a competitor product code, or a photo of what you currently buy. You get a written quotation with pallet configuration and delivered price within two working days.
