Nobody changes packaging supplier on the strength of a specification sheet. You need the product in your hand, in your bin, on your pallet, going through your machine.
What we send
Free, on request: any stock specification across the four categories. Typically 5–10 sacks per specification, a 250 g film sample roll, or a single pallet where the freight allows.
Quoted separately: custom colours, printed samples and custom-size pallets, because each requires a short production run. A pre-production sample is €150–300 and is credited against the first order.
Dispatched within 5 working days of the specification being agreed, by parcel carrier. Two to four days to Germany and the Netherlands.
We do not ask for a purchase order, a credit application or a call before sending samples. If the specification is clear, the samples ship.
What to test when they arrive
Most sample evaluations stop at “it looks about right”, which is how a supplier change goes wrong three months later. These are the tests that actually predict performance in service.
Bin liners
- Load it to the real weight, not a token one. Fill to what your waste stream actually weighs and carry it the distance your cleaners carry it.
- Drag test. Pull a loaded sack across the floor surface you have. Star-sealed bases survive this; flat-sealed ones often do not.
- Sharp-object test. Put in whatever punctures sacks for you today — broken glass wrapped in paper, tin lids, packaging strapping.
- Fit the actual bin. A sack that is 20 mm too narrow will not turn over the rim, and one that is 200 mm too long wastes material on every liner.
- Measure the gauge with a micrometer if you have one. Nominal minus 5% is normal; nominal minus 20% is a different product.
Stretch film
- Run it on your machine at your settings, not by hand. Hand-wrap results do not predict machine performance.
- Count the wraps needed for a stable pallet, then compare cost per pallet rather than price per roll. This is the number that decides which film is cheaper, and it frequently reverses the ranking. Our stretch film cost calculator does the arithmetic.
- Push-test the wrapped pallet at the top corner. Containment force matters more than film thickness.
Pallets
- Load to your working weight and lift from all four sides.
- Check it fits your racking, not just your floor. Rack load capacity is roughly a third of static capacity.
- Measure the moisture if you can. Above 22% the pallet will shrink, and nails loosen as it dries.

Send the specifications you want, the delivery address and a contact name. If you are unsure of the specification, send a photograph of the case you currently buy — the product code and pack quantity on the label are usually enough for us to match it.
