You get a delivered price, not a factory-gate price with freight to be advised: unit price, pallet configuration, Incoterm, lead time and payment terms, in writing, within two working days.
What you can send instead of a specification
Most first enquiries do not arrive with a full specification, and they do not need to.
- A photograph of the case label. The product code and pack quantity are usually enough for us to match it.
- A competitor’s product code or datasheet. We quote against it line for line.
- A description of the job. “1100 litre bins, mixed commercial waste, they keep splitting” is a specification problem we can solve.

Polyethylene and paper prices move with resin and pulp markets, which is why validity is 14 days rather than open-ended. On repeat programmes plants will usually fix prices quarterly if asked — see MOQ & lead times.
Before you send it
Two things worth checking, because they change the answer:
Minimum order is one pallet per specification. Below that, freight per unit rises faster than the goods price falls and you are better served by a local distributor. We will tell you if that is the case.
Mixed categories are expected. An enquiry covering sacks, film and catering film is the ordinary case here, not a complication. Putting them on one specification is what makes a full load possible instead of three part-loads.
What we do with your details
Your details are used to answer this enquiry and to keep in touch about it. They are not sold and not added to a marketing list without your agreement.
The plant quoting your specification does see them: we are an agent, so the supply contract is between you and the plant, and the plant has to know who you are in order to quote, confirm and invoice.
