Grading, described rather than asserted

“Grade A” means different things at different yards, which is why the specification above says what it means here:

• Grade A — no repairs, all original boards, clean, light staining acceptable. Suitable for racking after your own inspection.
• Grade B — up to three replaced boards, structurally sound, cosmetically used. Floor stacking and transport only.

Ask any supplier of used pallets to put their grading in writing before ordering. A yard that will not is telling you what you will receive.

Where used stock makes sense

Internal movement, one-way loads that do not need to look new, construction sites, and anywhere a pallet’s working life is short. It does not make sense for food-contact adjacency, for anything going into a clean room, or for export where the ISPM 15 stamp has to be legible and traceable.

Availability is honest, not scheduled

Used pallet supply moves with the market. We quote what is in the yard, not what we hope to have. If the volume is not there we say so rather than accepting the order and rationing it later.
