Custom size pallets

When a standard pallet is the expensive option

Overhang is what costs money. A load 60 mm wider than the pallet on each side gets crushed corners in transit, cannot be stretch-wrapped tightly, and takes damage every time it passes a door frame. Over a year the write-offs exceed the difference in pallet price several times over.

A pallet built to the footprint removes all of it.

What we need

The load dimensions, the load weight, whether it is racked or floor-stacked, forklift or pallet-truck handling, and the destination. From that we issue a drawing for approval before anything is cut.

The minimum, plainly

200 pallets. Below that a custom size costs more per unit than the damage it prevents, and we will say so rather than take the order. If your annual volume is under 200, a standard size with corner protection is usually the better answer.
